Sometimes in the evenings, you catch neighbours strolling along or heading down to the water for some fresh air.

The transport links are better than most. You are close to the monorail and getting into the city is pretty simple whether you drive or prefer a taxi. Visitors have parking too so no stress about guests coming over.
