Upgraded 4 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool and Beach Access

Some places feel like they want you to slow down. This Grand Foyer Garden Home on Palm Jumeirah gave me that feeling the moment I let myself inside. The front garden is neat and cared for and you already hear a bit of water and quiet before you even reach the door. Honestly sometimes with these Garden Homes you almost want to stop and listen for a second before you go in.

This villa is set close to the end of the frond so you get the wider stretch of water and a much bigger piece of beach than you might expect. When you step through that main foyer you just see blue outside all at once. I hung around by the window for a bit and it sort of draws you out to the backyard because of that. The garden out back is actually beautifully looked after so you do not feel the usual stress of having to tidy up a rough patch. Plus when you step onto the sand you know right away this is your own beach. You could have a few friends over and never bump into anyone else.

Inside the villa you have two living rooms and they both feel spacious and light without being showy. It is nice to have two different areas honestly because sometimes you just want to curl up in one spot with a book and keep the other side for TV or visitors. The kitchen did catch my eye. The flooring is new and matches the whole open and clean theme here. I have seen a lot of kitchens that look lovely but you would never actually make a meal in them. Here you definitely would. The dining room is tucked off to the side but you can open things up if you want. The way the villa is laid out it just feels flexible so you can change things if you are the type who likes to move furniture around or host more open gatherings.

One thing I like is that the maid's room is kind of tucked away downstairs. It is ensuite so you get privacy for extra help or even if you just want a quiet spot for visitors who might like space. The upstairs is just for the family or whoever is living here. Four big bedrooms and every one has its own bathroom so you never have to line up. You get proper built in wardrobes in each room which is honestly one of those small things that makes everyday life a bit easier. The main bedroom is something else with a walk in closet and honestly the best views in the house. Sometimes in the morning you spot the Atlantis out the window and it never really gets old. Late at night you see the Royal Atlantis and the city lights. I always find something calming about that view.

One of my favourite things about this villa is the terrace out front. It is big. You could have your coffee there in the morning and just watch the water or see the occasional yacht glide by. Sometimes families walk past on the beach or you spot neighbours out jogging. Evenings are quiet out here. The sun drops behind the skyline and everything gets that soft, gold evening light.

Of course you are close to all the best places on Palm Jumeirah. The shops are not far and honestly the car ride is quick even at busy times. Sometimes you see kids biking or people heading to the coffee shop just up the road. And the whole community always feels just that bit more laid back than the city.
