Mohammed Bin Rashid City has more space and everything is kept up really well. Green areas everywhere add to the peaceful vibe and you often hear birds early in the morning. There are good schools nearby plus coffee shops are not far off either and it is easy to get into town. The community feels safe and honestly you notice kids on bikes in the evenings or people walking dogs with proper space to do it. Traffic is not a big problem here and parking is never an issue.

This villa is called exclusive for a reason. It is not just about the price or the size. It is about the feeling you get when you look out the window or step outside.
