You'll also find the Dubai Lighthouse is set to be part of the area soon, so those 360 degree sea and skyline views are coming.

Transport wise, you are set for everything. It's straight forward to get almost anywhere whether by road or water. Even the airport run is simple and never feels long. Plus, the sunrise here came as a bit of a surprise to me, since it sets the glass in gold and you just want to grab coffee and linger.
