Some homes just have a real hush when you walk in. This seven bedroom villa right on Al Wasl Road put me in that calm straight away. Maybe it is the way the ceilings seem to go up and up or maybe the garden feeling outside, but I actually stopped inside for a second wondering if it could be as private as it felt. You are right in the heart of Jumeirah—funny, because honestly you do not hear the city noise at all, even though Box Park and City Walk are just a short easy stroll away. Some mornings you might see folks grabbing coffee before work or families heading down for breakfast. It just has that lived in calm, you know
So let me walk you through what it is really like. You start with the entrance which has that big, welcoming energy. Not cold or echoey, just grand but warm. I thought the reception rooms might feel too formal at first but honestly they invite you to hang out. The living areas spill naturally into one another—you can picture a big group together but at the same time there are spaces just right for a quiet night with family. The dining room, it is actually one of those spots where you could host a proper dinner and not feel like everyone is crowded in
The kitchen is pretty generous and it is not just for show. Lots of counter space, good light, pretty handy if you like to cook for real or just spread out breakfast and let everyone wander in and out. Elevator is a real surprise, kind of perfect if you have elders or just want to skip the stairs sometimes. Oh and downstairs there is a guest bedroom with its own bathroom, which guests will probably never want to leave, plus you get a maid room and lots of storage tucked away so the everyday clutter can actually be out of sight. Even the laundry and helper areas are thoughtfully planned
Upstairs is made for family. You get six more bedrooms each with its own bathroom, so everyone gets their own space. I liked how the landing up there is more than just a hallway—families use it as a second living room so you get this big open spot where kids can spill out with games or you can just relax looking out the window. The little kitchenette upstairs is also surprisingly handy, especially for late night snacks or coffee in the morning. If you get the main bedroom, you will wake up to those Burj Khalifa views. It is one of those ‘wow' Dubai moments you might never get tired of
Outside is yet another surprise. The gardens are really lush and feel like they have grown in just right. I noticed a few birds hopping around and in that moment, Dubai just fades out a bit. There is a BBQ area, plenty of spots for kids or friends to play or just put your feet up. You will find a driver's room hidden around the side. Plus, an extra kitchen for when you want to take the cooking outside. Parking is sorted, too—space for six cars and you will never feel boxed in
This villa is set on a fifteen thousand square foot plot so even for Jumeirah, it is rare to get this much room all in one property. The whole thing comes together in a way that makes you feel a little lucky to be here. There are places that are showy but never feel like home. This one feels just right. Not too fussy, not too cold or formal. It actually makes you want to spend more time at home
Al Wasl Road is its own little world. You are close to the city's best but still have your peace. Sometimes you catch families out for a walk in the evening and the cafés are never far for a lazy weekend breakfast
