There's a sort of slow calm to this five bedroom villa in Al Manara, right at the heart of Jumeirah, and honestly, you feel it from the moment you're turning in through the palm lined driveway. The trees already set the quiet mood and by the time you're stepping up the wide marble steps and seeing how the whole courtyard opens up, you get why families hold onto places like this for so long.

A neat paved pool deck means someone is probably in the water most afternoons and there is enough lawn for the kids to run around or for an impromptu football match. The open patio at the back is another spot where you could land for your morning coffee or where everyone gathers at sunset. I saw a neighbor walking a golden retriever one evening and it just fits the easy pace here.

The kitchen is not just for show. It is fit for real food and family action and if you have a chef or just like to cook together, there is all the space and finish you might want. Staff rooms are tucked into a separate area and four covered spaces mean the cars stay cool. You will always have plenty of room even if friends drop by.
