Some places just slow you down the second you walk in. This four bedroom villa in the European Cluster of Jumeirah Islands has that exact feel. Honestly I found myself wandering from room to room a little slower than usual just noticing how quiet it felt inside and then when you open up those doors to the backyard what really hits you first is the open lake view. You kind of forget you are still right in Dubai.
I have seen plenty of villas around Jumeirah Islands and there is something lovely about these Costa del Sol homes. The plot here is more than ten thousand square feet, which gives you space not just for living but actually for living big. If you like hosting family or friends there is room for everyone inside or out. You get this open plan layout where the living space blends with the dining and kitchen. It just flows. Light comes in from every direction and even on the warmest afternoons I noticed the air feels fresh. Kids can shoot outside to the pool or you could step out yourself in the morning with your coffee and just look out at the water. Makes you want to sit down for a while and watch the world slow down.
The kitchen is surprisingly functional too. Sometimes when you see a big villa you wonder if anyone actually cooks here. This one feels different. There is space to chop, cook, chat with whoever is around. The cabinets and counters feel solid. Even small things like the way the storage is tucked in just works if you ask me. The whole home has this neat finish to it and you'll notice none of the bedrooms were just added as an afterthought. Each room is en suite and the built in closets are what people actually use. Even the maid's room is en suite so everyone has their own space.
One thing I always look for is privacy in the garden. Here you have it. The backyard is not just large but it also just feels separated. You get complete peace. Sitting by the pool you hear birds more than cars. It wraps right around so kids can play on one end while you maybe read a book on the other. The private pool is not squeezed in either. There is actual space to swim or relax with friends.
Let's talk about the location for a moment. Living in Jumeirah Islands means you get all those winding streets with lakes and bridges everywhere. People actually go jogging after work or walk their dogs as the sun goes down. Sometimes you see neighbors gathering around the Clubhouse which has just been redone and honestly is always buzzing. The coffee shop and restaurant there is good enough for a quick bite or even a weekend lunch. And if you feel like heading to Jumeirah Park or Jumeirah Lakes Towers or Dubai Marina, they are pretty much a short drive. Beach days are easy too but sometimes I think you will just stay home. The best schools are not far either so you are sorted for family life.
On site you can really see the difference that a big plot brings. The entertaining areas just spill out into the garden and then further out to the lake view. It is the kind of place where you could throw a birthday party and not feel cramped at all. Or just have some quiet on your own.
I have to say it is rare to find waterfront property in Dubai that just feels this relaxed and lived in. The vibes are genuine. If you find yourself wondering if the photos do it justice they probably do not. The sense of space and peace is just better when you are here.
Anyway if you want to find out if it actually feels right for you or just want to wander through and take a look, feel free to reach out. At LuxuryProperty.com we honestly just want to help you feel at ease making your next move. Come see if it fits what you have in mind.
