This villa in the Costa Del Sol part of Jumeirah Islands make you breathe a little deeper when you step in. The first time I walked through the gate and saw the lake glinting behind the garden, I almost forgot my phone was in my hand. There are some stunning properties in Dubai but honestly not many where you get this much space and calm. Life feels a bit quieter here. The birds are usually out in the mornings if you listen for them and sometimes you just catch yourself watching the water shift on the lake.
So here you have a four bedroom villa that, to me, just feels inviting from the start. The living room opens up with a sort of quiet confidence. Not overwhelming, just easy. The natural light is pretty generous actually. Big windows everywhere. You can hear kids biking around sometimes or the neighbour talking quietly with his gardener. The vibe is friendly and never crowded. Jumeirah Islands is a community where people actually wave at each other often enough that you start to expect it. And this part of the community, Costa Del Sol, is really just extra green. There is always the smell of grass or a breeze off the water.
The plot here is just over ten thousand square feet so the garden feels like it stretches out forever. I took my shoes off just to walk around the lawn because really, why not. There is a spot that faces the lake where you could set up morning breakfasts or just sit down with a book while the city goes about its business somewhere far off. And because of the way the villa is set up, you are never far from the garden light or from the sound of the fountain. It feels private. Almost like your own little bubble in Dubai.
Inside, you will notice the space right away. The total built up area is five thousand four hundred square feet, give or take. The villa has been upgraded so there are new touches almost everywhere. Soft-close cabinets. Better finishes on the doors. It is unfurnished right now which, honestly, is a good thing if you have ideas about making it your own. The floors are glossy but not cold. Air conditioning is quiet so even in the Dubai summer you can hear yourself think. And the open kitchen is appealing if you like to cook for real instead of just getting takeaway every night. Lots of counter space, decent amount of storage, and a window out to the garden. I stood there for a while and sort of imagined making something big, like comfort food for family or friends. Easy space for gatherings or even a quiet evening.
Four main bedrooms upstairs and each has its own feel. The master is facing the lake, has a good size balcony and morning light that pours in. You will probably want to claim it for yourself honestly. The ensuite bathroom is generous too with plenty of space to lay out bath salts or candles if that is your thing. The other rooms work for young kids, guests, or even a study if you need it. And there is a maid's room downstairs tucked away nicely so it does not take away from the living spaces.
What really gets people about Jumeirah Islands is just how close everything is while feeling so far from the Dubai rush. The supermarkets and coffee shops are only a few minutes' drive. Mall of the Emirates is not far if you want a movie or something fancier. Even Dubai Marina is close enough if you are commuting but you never hear the city in the background. Just water and quiet.
This is one of those homes you need to walk through yourself. The only way to see if it fits how you want to live is to visit. I am always around if you want to ask anything or just have a look for yourself. At LuxuryProperty dot com, we really do want your next move to feel right.
