The smart home tech makes it all easy as well. You can set the lighting or the AC from your phone if you want.

Jumeirah Golf Estates is really loved as a family area in Dubai. It has the famous Fire and Earth golf courses plus so many walking trails, lakes, lawns, gardens, and play areas for children. The clubhouse is only a few minutes' walk and has everything from fitness spots to a restaurant run by a celebrity chef if you are into that sort of thing.

Places like this just feel calm. They do not show up on the market too often, especially with this much privacy and space. I think you only really get the feel of it once you walk in and experience those quiet mornings or golden hour out back.
