You also get your own balcony that looks straight out over the waterways. It feels peaceful just standing out there in the mornings with a cup of coffee. The bathrooms are finished with this really careful attention to detail. They have updated fixtures that do not look like every other place. I actually noticed how the tiles catch the light. The whole thing feels built to last and built for actual living not just for show.

The villa is unfurnished right now so you can really make it your own. If you like filling a place with your own finds or just want to start fresh this gives you that blank canvas without any of the usual limitations. And of course being on N Island in Golden Beach means you are not far from local coffee places shops and the beach itself. There's always somewhere to walk or somewhere to eat and the community has such a comfortable feel. Everyone seems to know everyone but you still get lots of privacy.
