Loads of green space so you will notice people jogging in the mornings or young families riding bikes together at dusk. For anyone who travels it is super close to Al Maktoum International Airport but honestly you do not hear planes overhead. School choices and everyday shopping are easy as well. You feel just connected enough without the full bustle of downtown.
