When you step through the door you just notice there is this warm comforting light everywhere and honestly something about the way the air moves through these rooms makes it feel peaceful without even trying. The first thing I did was head over to the window and just took in the view of the lake. Kids were riding their bikes around the neighborhood and you could see a couple of people walking their dogs by the water. It just felt easy.

The villa itself is just over four thousand three hundred built up so there is seriously lots of room to spread out. The garden looks like somewhere you could host a proper barbecue or just sit out and listen to the quiet. I noticed there is space to put in a swing or maybe a little herb garden and you would still have room for kids or pets or even just to lie around in the sun. Parking is easy and there is a real sense of safety here you just feel it as you walk around there are always neighbors waving hello.

Honestly this villa at Palma would suit a big family or even someone who likes hosting friends all the time.
