When I was last here, someone who lives in the building told me they always end up bumping into friends at the local cafe, which is the kind of thing you notice in real community spots. Acacia is a newer development and it shows in the small things. The lobby feels clean and simple. Elevators are quick which anyone who actually lives in an apartment building will appreciate. Security is present but not overbearing, sort of there if you need them but not hovering. Honestly, this is the kind of apartment that starts to feel like your own space pretty quickly.
