Some homes just feel a bit different right from the doorstep. This seven bedroom villa in Earth at Jumeirah Golf Estates has that kind of welcome. I remember the first time I walked up the stone path and heard the greenskeepers getting the golf course ready for the morning. There is actually something really peaceful about it and you kind of pause for a minute before heading inside.
Once you step in you notice the space and all the light straight away. The living area just feels open without being cold or echoey. Morning sun rolls in through these great big windows. I found myself just standing by the glass for a bit and watching the early golfers or even a few peacocks now and then. Honestly the views here are pretty special. You overlook stretches of green that change color with the day and in the evenings you get some of that soft Dubai dusk, maybe with a quiet breeze rolling in.
The villa itself is big. Over eleven thousand square feet spread across three full floors and a proper basement as well. The way the bedrooms are arranged gives everyone their own space. None of them feel tucked away or cramped and even the guest loft is well thought out. It does not feel like an afterthought at all. I have seen families set this up as the older kids zone or just keep it as a good hideaway for guests who want a bit more privacy.
One thing that stands out is the garden. It wraps right alongside the golf course and actually feels like part of the landscape instead of being boxed in. I can imagine spending weekends here with friends, maybe even watching the Dubai Open. Sometimes you see kids playing tag in the distance while a few parents keep half an eye on them from their patios. It just feels lived in. And about the pool, you get to choose. You can ask to have a private pool installed or keep it as a landscaped garden. I like that they left that flexible for whoever moves in.
Inside, the ground floor is practical for real family life. There is a decent sized home office, so remote work is easy. The open kitchen actually makes sense for cooking meals together or just hanging out while someone stirs the sauce. The dining space is close enough you are not running back and forth. There is even a good spot for the coffee machine and you do not have to hide it away.
The elevator makes a big difference too, especially if you have little ones or maybe older family. It connects all the way from the basement, which a lot of people turn into their own cinema or games spot, right up to the rooftop terrace. That roof is something else. There is an internal bar up there. I remember just leaning on the railing looking over the clubhouses lights as the day ended. If you like having friends over it is a great spot. Sunsets up here have a way of slowing the day down.
The area around Jumeirah Golf Estates is hard to beat if you are into a calm lifestyle but also want a bit of buzz when you feel like it. The Norman Clubhouse is right at the center. You can have quiet nights in but also walk over for dinner at one of the international restaurants. There is a rooftop barbecue area and a big swimming pool at the clubhouse. Even just a walk around the estates in the morning feels relaxing. Sometimes you hear a soft thwack as someone tees off in the distance or catch families biking when the sun slides down.
If you are interested in this villa I would say the only real way to know if it feels right is to come walk through it. Sometimes you need a proper wander just to see if a place fits your rhythm. Reach out if you want a look around or just to ask anything. At LuxuryProperty dot com we always try to keep things as straightforward and calm as the places we show. Take your time with it.
