Vacant Rosa Villa on Large Plot in a Prime Location

You will probably find the clubhouse is a place you head to more often than you expect. There is a pool there so weekends get a little more fun and the fitness centre is actually used by real people not just for show.

One of the best parts though is the outdoor space that comes with this villa. The plot is big enough to really use your backyard not just look at it. You could have a real garden if you wanted. Or play football with your kids even put up one of those blow up pools in the summer. There is privacy too so you never feel like you are being watched by neighbours all the time.

Sometimes people ask about parking and yes there is space for more than one car here it is not something to worry over.
