Some homes just have a certain peace about them. When I walked into this contemporary three bedroom townhouse at Jumeirah Luxury Living, tucked away towards the end of a quiet road in Jumeirah Golf Estates, I actually stood in the doorway for a second and just breathed out. There is something different about being able to look out from your own back windows and see the Fire championship golf course stretching out in front with almost nothing between you and the greenery. You catch a few golfers gliding by sometimes but it is mostly just gentle sunlight, manicured grass, and some birds in the distance. The stillness is nice whether you are working from home or just enjoying the weekend with your family.
The first thing you probably notice is how modern everything feels. Floor to ceiling windows mean light is everywhere all day. I spent a part of the day walking through and it just made sense that the open plan living area is the way you want it if your family does most things together. You can set up a proper lounge here and a real dining area without having to compromise on space. The white finishings give the whole place a clean, crisp feeling but it is not cold at all. The kitchen looks over the back garden and to me, it actually feels like somewhere you might want to cook together or just watch someone pour coffee in the morning instead of rushing out to a café. You will also notice the smart home features straight away. The system is properly intuitive so you can control not just your music but privacy glass, ambient temperature, and lighting. I even tested a good half hour fiddling with the settings from my phone. Plus, if you are not home, the app works wherever you are so if you get halfway to work and the lights are still on, it is no problem.
Downstairs, you get a maids room, a washroom tucked out of the way, and storage space for the things you do not want lying around. It is easy for families with kids or people who just like things tidy. Going upstairs, you find all three bedrooms and the main house bathroom. The master suite really is something. It has its own balcony where you can step out in the early mornings and just look over the golf course with a cup of tea. The walk in closet would honestly fit most wardrobes without a squeeze. The bathroom has a full tub and walk in shower, and it feels more like a small spa when you turn the lights down low.
The back garden is perfect for evenings outside. There is room for a long table and chairs so you can eat under the sky, and you have your own private swimming pool if you fancy a swim in the evenings or want the kids to splash around while you relax. I watched the sunset from here and realised how much the garden really is an extension of the living space. I can see little ones kicking a ball around or friends sitting with drinks long after dinner is cleared up. Parking is easy with space for two cars right in front so no hunting down spots in the neighborhood.
But what makes living in Jumeirah Luxury Living a bit special is the community. Inside this new development you have your own pool, clubhouse and even places to get a bit of work done if you work from home a lot. You also have access to the main Jumeirah Golf Estates clubhouse which is really one of the best parts of this whole lifestyle. There is a spa if you need a treat, and actual restaurants and a shop so you do not need to drive out every time you need milk or want to grab dinner with friends. Sometimes you see people walking dogs or kids out on bikes even when it is hot out. It just feels like people enjoy living here.
So if you like the idea of a smart home with actual views worth stopping for, plus a proper community feel but still want it to feel like your own space, this one might feel right. The only way to really know though is to come and see it. Reach out with any questions or if you want to walk through. At LuxuryProperty dot com, we just want your next move to feel right for you.
