Some homes really do have that sort of welcome as soon as you open the door. That is exactly the feeling I got when I first stepped into this three bedroom townhouse in Noor Townhouses over at Town Square. The sunshine fills up the whole place and you can even feel it before you set your bag down. Walk a few steps in and you get these bright open spaces that just seem to invite you to sit down and stay awhile. The living and dining areas are proper places to have friends over for the evening or maybe just spend family time on a lazy Friday. Actually I stood by the front window and watched a couple of neighbors pass by with their dogs and you could hear a bit of birdsong which is nice if you like a little nature in your day. Honestly it feels different from some of the other places you might have seen in Dubai.
The kitchen here has that lived in kind of vibe. Some kitchens you can tell are never really used but this one has the sort of counter space and layout that just seems to make real cooking easy. If you actually enjoy baking or want to try out a new recipe you are not going to feel crowded in. I pictured bread cooling by the window and maybe a couple of kids helping with the chopping. There is room for that sort of thing if you want it and nobody is getting in the way.
Upstairs the bedrooms all feel generous which is not always easy to find at this price point. No one is getting the weird boxy room at the back. The master feels especially calm and you get lots of daylight coming in. When everyone is asleep you can take a cup of tea out onto the balcony and just watch the sky for a bit which is something I always wish was possible in more homes. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom which is just simple and works. People always ask about storage in these townhouses and honestly you have options. Wardrobes, under the stairs, plus a bit of space left over in one of the bedrooms that could easily turn into an office or a play area if you really need it.
One of my favorite things is the private garden out the back. There is actually room for a small football match or to set up a table with friends. Green belt views mean every morning you wake up to a bit of green in every direction. Sometimes the kids are out there with muddy boots and no one is telling them to stay clean. It really does feel like a soft boundary with the rest of the world and I imagine some people might try a small garden or just enjoy that bit of extra fresh air. You will probably end up spending more time out there than you expect. And the best thing is it never feels too overlooked.
Living in Noor Townhouses is very much about being part of a real community. Streets here are quiet but not empty. Mornings you hear birds before anything else starts up. By evening you see people jogging or kids learning to ride bikes which definitely gives the place a family friendly vibe. Shops and coffee spots are never far off and the walk is easy even on a warm day. I found myself just strolling down for an ice cream once and managed to get caught up in conversation with neighbors which made the place feel a bit more like home.
Town Square itself has this easy balance between peace and everyday needs. You can get to central Dubai without any stress but once you come back home things feel slow and relaxed. Sometimes you just want to sit out in the garden with nothing but the sound of the wind in the trees. It feels possible here.
If this three bedroom townhouse at Noor Townhouses sounds close to what you are after you probably want to see it for yourself. A walk through is always different than any photo online.
