There is a certain feeling you get with some homes and honestly this three bedroom townhouse in Noor Townhouses at Town Square is exactly that sort of place. It is tucked into one of those neat streets that just feels lived in. There are kids out on their bikes in the late afternoon and sometimes you hear the splash from the pool nearby. When I walked up I caught a bit of the grilling smell from someone barbecuing a few doors down. Just quiet and neighbourly.
You come inside and it is bright right away. There are big windows so you find yourself glancing out at little bits of green everywhere. There is actually a proper garden. Not massive but just enough that I could see someone putting in a few deck chairs or setting up a weekend barbecue with friends. You can open the patio doors and it almost turns the living area into one big hangout space. I found you can sit at the dining table at sunset and the light just floods through.
The kitchen is really usable. Sometimes you see these modern places where you feel like no one ever actually cooks but here it makes sense. There are good counters so you could lay out a proper breakfast spread or even bake with kids on a Saturday morning. The open plan is nice too. You are never cut off from whatever is happening in the living room. If you like to cook but also want to keep an eye on little ones or chat with friends while you prep dinner it just works.
On the ground floor you have a maid's room tucked to the side and it has its own bathroom. That bit really matters if you have someone living in or just want a little privacy for a guest now and then. It is surprisingly roomy. Walk upstairs and the master bedroom feels like a grown up space. It has its own en suite so you are not juggling showers in the morning. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that is actually decent in size and laid out so getting ready in the morning as a family does not feel crowded. Honestly it feels practical. This is a home designed for doing real life, not just showing off in a brochure.
The thing you really notice about Noor Townhouses is how easy the community part comes. You are literally a couple minutes on foot from nearly everything. I wandered over to the park in less than it takes to make coffee. The pool is just as close and there is a gym right there too. There are tennis courts if that is your thing. Plus you are right in the heart of Town Square which is one place people here really do use. On weekends you see joggers along the cycling track and families at the skate park or chasing kids at the trampoline area. If you have a dog there's space for them to run and if you just want a coffee or something sweet it seems like there's always a place open. The whole area is set up for people who actually want to be outside or part of something.
The location makes life run smooth. You are never far from a convenience store when you need something quick. Grocery shopping is not a stress and there are little cafes around for when you need a break. Schools are within reach too and frankly I have noticed a real mix of people moving here. Singles professionals young families people downsizing from bigger places because they want a bit more community.
