There's something about the way this three bedroom townhouse in Mira Oasis, Reem just greets you as soon as you push open the door. You get this little rush of calm, honestly. Maybe it is the light you see as soon as you step inside. Maybe it is the quiet of the neighborhood. You will know what I mean if you come by. Sometimes I just take a few seconds to notice how the sun lands on the living room floor in the afternoon here. It makes you want to linger a bit with your coffee or just kick off your shoes after work. This home is in Mira Oasis, which is one of those places in Dubai that people hear about a lot but is a little bit its own world. Reem, as a whole, is already known for being family friendly but here you feel it even more.
The first thing you notice, even before you step inside, is that this is a corner unit. So you get that bit of extra space, the feeling that you are not hemmed in at all. It is the largest Type J layout in the whole community, which basically means you will never feel squeezed here even if you have a busy household. You have a plot size of three thousand three hundred twenty seven square feet, so the outside never feels too small for the kids to run around or for a few friends to gather on weekend evenings. I actually just stood in the backyard for a while during my last visit and it was quiet, a bit shaded, and I caught myself thinking how easy it would be to set up a barbecue or maybe just some comfy chairs for late night chats. There is something honest about the outdoor space here. It is not just showy but actually usable which, I mean, that is what matters.
Inside, you will see the built up area is real generous. Just over two thousand five hundred sixty two square feet. Everything is really open as you walk through. The living and dining space, you can just imagine people drifting between them during family gatherings or just life as it happens. You also have these big windows facing the garden so you can keep an eye on kids outside or just relax while dinner is in the oven. The kitchen is actually one of my favorite parts. It just feels like somewhere you would cook for real, not just reheat things. There is enough space to spread out, lay out a breakfast bar if you want, and still have room for a helper if you have one. People sometimes forget how rare that is. You will also notice that there is a kind of flow to the space that just works. Everyday routines feel easy. There are storage spots tucked away where you need them not just where an architect thought was easy.
Upstairs, the master bedroom feels like a bit of a retreat. The wardrobe is proper, walk in with built in spots for everything so your things do not just get shoved in the corners. The attached bathroom has these his and hers sinks. Really it just feels modern and fresh. One of the things I like best is the balcony overlooking the trees and green of the community. It is not the sort of view where you are staring at a parking lot. Sometimes you see families walking in the evenings or people biking along the tree lined boulevards. It feels like a neighborhood from back home, just with the Dubai weather.
Being in Mira Oasis, you get pretty much every recreational thing you would expect for this kind of community. There is a big pool that is temperature controlled so you can actually use it all year without worrying if it gets chilly in winter. And you are close to the parks and community paths that make it easier to just step outside and go for a walk. Supermarkets and coffee shops are nearby too. I have to mention that the drive to Dubai Internet City and Media City is about fifteen minutes. So for work, it is easy, but when you are home it feels like another world. The schools and nurseries nearby make things less stressful if you have younger kids.
If you are looking for a townhouse for rent in Mira Oasis or even just a family friendly spot in Reem with a genuine community feel, this one is worth a look. Do not just take my word for it. The only way you can tell if this is the next move for you is to come and walk through it. If you want to see how it feels in person or you just have a few questions, reach out any time.
