Some places just feel easy the moment you step in. That is what happened to me when I walked into this three bedroom villa in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate. It is one of those spots where you notice the stillness before anything else. Light pouring in through big windows. A gentle hum sometimes from outside but somehow it feels tucked away from the rush. You can hear your own footsteps on the floor as you move through the open plan living area. And right away you kind of know it is the kind of home that could just let you breathe out after a long day in Dubai.

The living and dining space is all open and bright. Sun comes in strong in the mornings. You notice it best if you hang in the kitchen, which is just a few steps back from the living room. Kids ride their bikes as the sun sets and almost everybody knows where the central pool and playground are. Both are just a short walk from your front door so you will use them more than you think. Sometimes you pass the little cafe on the way and catch up with someone from down the street.
