I actually paused in the hallway just to let the light settle around me. You get that sense right away, a bit of calm that feels like it could make a real difference after a busy day.

The garden is not huge but it is private enough for a morning coffee or to let the kids set up a play tent if they are feeling creative.

Now about the kitchen. Some people want a kitchen that looks pretty but this feels more real. There is plenty of countertop space for chopping or sorting groceries and you get a spot for a large fridge plus a proper gas cooker. You can actually cook here, not just reheat. I can imagine people gathering around while you throw something together and the conversation just spilling into the next room. The open plan design does that naturally.

Upstairs gives you three bedrooms and they all have their own thing going for them. The master bedroom feels peaceful. I found myself sitting on the little balcony just watching the sky change after work hours. The neighborhood gets quiet at night except for birds or a few voices floating in from far off. The Ranches Souk is right by the entrance so things like a quick coffee or picking up bread and fresh fruit at Carrefour are never a chore. Pharmacies, restaurants, little shops it's all right there so you do not have to plan everything out so much.

Rent is at one twenty four thousand nine ninety nine for the year and Built Up Area is one thousand nine hundred sixty nine which fits a growing family or even a group that needs some space to breathe. This is not the kind of townhouse that tries to impress you with things you never use. It just feels good to live in. Life happens more easily here. That is how it felt to me.
