There are some places where you just get the feeling that life would be a bit easier and somehow a bit more interesting The Sheraton Grand Hotel along Sheikh Zayed Road is one of those buildings that nearly everyone in Dubai recognizes Tall glass smooth lines right across from the World Trade Centre Metro and that city feeling buzzing everywhere outside

Walking into this three bedroom apartment you actually do notice how high up you are The city looks different from here Not dizzying more calming somehow Almost like you have enough space to take a breath I remember standing by the window and just kind of watching the traffic move It is energy without the noise You get a really open layout here with natural light finding its way to every part of this home The main living area just flows into the dining space and the kitchen is right there where you would want it Not hidden away but not in the way either If you like cooking or even just making coffee in the morning it actually feels like a space you would use for more than just show There is a Nespresso machine already here ready to go and everything feels sturdy and clean

It is fully serviced so you get all your bills sorted already Wi Fi is up and running and parking is actually reserved just for you So you never have that scramble looking for a spot when you get home A lot of people do not realize the hotel facilities are just part of everyday here The rooftop pool is probably my favorite with views that honestly never get old Mornings up here can be quiet except for a few guests doing laps and some early runners The spa is right downstairs and if you like to work out there is a gym way better than most you see in buildings This is not just a treadmill and a couple dumbbells You might even see familiar faces after a while people who have made a routine out of it

Another thing you'll find helpful is that there are actually five different places to eat without even leaving the building I tried out the café one morning and ended up staying with a coffee and some emails because the seats by the window had the best buzz You do not always feel like going out and that is fine here You have everything downstairs but if you do want to get out the Dubai Mall is about eight minutes in a cab The airport is around fifteen so you are pretty much right in the centre of everything No matter what you need to do even walking to the metro is easy and you see people heading out in the mornings with that quick Dubai stride

This home is unfurnished so you can really make it yours and not just another hotel suite That makes a difference You can add your own art your own little touches maybe a plant or two and suddenly it stops feeling temporary Even in a serviced building this place still lets you be you
