I stood by the living room window and took a moment just watching the water and the sky blend together. It is honestly one of those places where you forget your phone for a bit and just breathe. If you have looked at a few penthouses on Palm Jumeirah before you might know some can feel a little bit showy. This one does not do that. It feels welcoming. There is a huge infinity pool and what I actually liked was how peaceful it stays even if a few families show up in the afternoon. There is also a proper gym that is not one of those little rooms with just a treadmill. It is set up if you really like working out. Sometimes you see folks grabbing a coffee just downstairs or heading out for a bite at one of the places around. It feels easy. Getting around is simple too. From here you can get to Dubai Marina or Downtown Dubai in no time. A few of my clients mention that the drive here feels shorter than it looks on the map. RTA taxis are always nearby if you do not feel like driving. This penthouse is vacant now, so you would not have to wait. The built up area here really lets you stretch out but it does not feel huge for the sake of it. Just enough space where you want it and none wasted. And because it is on the Palm you notice that you are close to pretty much everything but still in your own peaceful world. Sometimes kids are riding bikes near the walkways in the evening or neighbors are just heading out for a stroll. Honestly, the photos only show part of it.
