Jumeirah Golf Estates has always been one of the better kept secrets if you want to build your own place in Dubai. There are not many plots left where you can get both privacy and a real view plus be in a gated community with all these amenities a few minutes from your door. The shopping options around here are solid too and it is not far at all from new schools and everything you really need day to day. Sometimes I say you just feel good letting your shoes get a bit dusty walking the paths outside.
