Medical care is nearby and getting out onto the golf course is almost as simple as heading to the park.

The part I keep coming back to is how this plot is such a blank canvas. Standing there you get to imagine what you could build without having to compromise. Maybe you want a home that feels ultra private but still welcomes in all your friends and extended family. Maybe you want something light filled and modern overlooking the water and skyline. The land is ready for it and the lines are easy to see when you are walking it. It is the sort of place people dream of especially if they want space to breathe and grow in Dubai.
