I stepped in during the late morning, the sort of Dubai sunlight that always makes you squint a little, and right away it felt open and light in a way that is tough to explain. The apartment itself is just about 883 square feet but it somehow feels bigger than the number. Maybe because of how the living and dining spaces just flow together without any stops or sharp corners. It is the sort of place where you can see friends chatting with someone in the kitchen while another person is relaxing on the sofa but it never feels crowded.

The kitchen actually feels like somewhere you would cook a real meal and not just microwave something late at night. There is good countertop space and the cabinets feel solid when you open and close them. Sometimes you can tell when fittings have that plasticky feel but these are the sort that are meant to last for years. The living area carries on to a pretty spacious balcony and honestly that is one of my favourite spots here. You can step out in the evening with a coffee or just lean out in the morning for a breath of air and you get this really calming view of green all around. I stood outside for a while and there were birds making the usual racket in the trees and, in the distance, you could spot people walking with kids or heading out for a quick jog. Back inside the colour palette is all pretty neutral. It is easy on the eyes and honestly it really suits any kind of furniture. I pictured a couple of different styles in my head and nothing seemed out of place. The master bedroom is a nice size and the ensuite bathroom is really well done. I love that you get double sinks which makes mornings a bit easier. The bathtub actually feels deep enough for a proper soak which is rare sometimes and there is enough storage for all the bits and pieces without anything feeling tight. There is a second bedroom if you have a child or want a home office or maybe just a spare room for guests. It has good light too with a decent view.

Town Square as a whole feels a lot friendlier than some of the bigger, flashier areas in Dubai. Here, you have Town Square Park right in the middle and it is bigger than you would expect. There are plenty of places to sit if you just want to be outside with a book or a coffee. You get a nice communal courtyard, along with a swimming pool where you will usually hear kids splashing around on a Saturday afternoon or adults catching up while soaking some sun on the deck. There is a proper gym that is actually used, not just a token room with dusty machines. For kids, there is a play area that has swings and slides so young families find it easy here. Plus, grocery, coffee shops, and other things are all pretty close and parking never really feels like an issue.

Honestly, if you are looking for a solid investment or just something that feels like a real home, Zahra at Town Square is worth a look. It is not shouting for attention but sometimes, that is just what makes a place nicer to live in.
