Some places are a bit hard to let go of once you've really taken them in and honestly this three bedroom apartment at Port Tel Aviv is one of those. I remember first stepping through the door and the light caught my eye right away. It just felt like the sea was trying to say hello every time you walked through the living area. You can actually hear the waves if it's quiet enough and you leave the sliding doors open. There's this feeling that you're part of the coastline even though you are wrapped up inside.
This home is part of Port Tel Aviv Residences which is still pretty new but already feels like an established part of the city scene. The architecture is by Ilan Pivko and you really notice those little touches everywhere. There are so many glass walls and tall windows so all you really see most of the day is blue water and bright sky. I stood by one of those windows for a while and found myself just staring. You get this big private terrace with your own pool and sometimes the light hits it in a way that almost makes you think you're already in the sea. The terrace is good size too so you could picture breakfast out there or friends coming by for a swim and some drinks while the sun sets. Someone even told me they love just sitting out in the evening with a book and barely hearing anything but the sound of the city slowly quieting down. You might even spot a few sailboats, depends on the day.
Inside the apartment, it feels open but not cold. The kitchen, right off the living space, is real. There is just something about the layout that makes you actually want to use it. The appliances are shiny and new and tucked away so it never feels crowded. Even small touches like plenty of storage mean it stays feeling organized. There's a powder room close by which is good for guests so nobody has to wander through the whole place just to wash their hands.
The bedrooms are all down the other end, which helps give you a sense of space and privacy. Each one has its own bathroom which always feels like a small luxury. You might notice the master room is especially big and has such a comfortable walk-in closet you could actually spend more time there than you think. The best feature, though, is how each bedroom opens right up to the terrace. You get to step straight out with your coffee in the morning or sneak out for fresh air before bed.
Safety and peace of mind come standard here, there's a security room inside just for added comfort. You get little things all sorted without thinking about it, like there's always someone at the concierge and you actually feel looked after. They even offer things I never thought I'd use, like butler services and a private chef available when you want something a bit special without having to leave home. On days you feel like being around people, there's the shared swimming pool in the main area. And if you crave a quick workout or just need to burn off energy, the gym downstairs actually gets decent sunlight so it doesn't feel clinical at all. Even the lobby has an art gallery vibe which makes coming home feel like more than just walking into a building.
Living at Port Tel Aviv means city life is still close but you never feel boxed in. Coffee shops and restaurants are just a stroll away and people seem to always be out cycling by the promenade or wandering down to the marina. Beaches are right there. Sometimes you see families with their dogs and it just feels like home should feel.
Come see it for yourself, that's really the only way to know if it fits. If you want to chat or ask anything, even just walk through and get a real sense of the space, let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we want moving to feel comfortable, not rushed. Reach out anytime.
