Some homes make you exhale the minute you step in. This two bedroom apartment in Al Thamam, Remraam, does that in a quiet way. I remember coming through the door and just stopping in the middle of the living room for a minute because it has that soft late afternoon light. The air is just calm here and honestly you can almost hear the trees right outside. If you have been looking for an apartment in Dubailand that feels like a real home, not just a place to stay, I think this one does that.
So this apartment covers about 1498 square feet and it sort of unfolds at its own pace. You get this living and dining area that is big and open, but nothing about it feels cold or echoey. It is the kind of spot where you can see people spending lazy mornings, coffee in hand, windows cracked open a bit just listening to birds out in the trees. The kitchen is next to the living space and I actually stood in there and tried to picture someone cooking a proper meal. There is real space to work. You could have a friend over chopping veggies or a kid at the counter doing homework while you keep one eye on whatever's on the stove.
Both bedrooms feel private and tucked away down a hallway. The master bedroom has its own bathroom which is great when you just want a little peace at the end of the day. Built in wardrobes are there in both rooms so sorting out clothes and storage is just easy. You do not need a hundred extra cupboards in here. You can tell the rooms were made to be quiet at night with thick curtains letting you rest or nap any time.
I think the best bit is honestly the big terrace. It runs right across the whole width of the place and you can step out from almost any room. It becomes this extra living room outside, feels like, because you just want to sit out there. Families could have breakfast in the sun, friends could barbeque, or you just look out across the green park spaces while letting the breeze run through. Evenings are pretty. I saw a few neighbors on their terraces too, and you do hear a bit of soft laughter or kids somewhere below in the grass.
And that is really what Remraam is about. This part of Dubailand is not loud or crowded. The buildings are low rise, so it really does remind you more of a community or a small neighborhood. There is so much green everywhere. If you are someone who gets up early for a jog or just likes a morning walk with music, the pathways here go in and out of the gardens and it feels separate from the busy city. I have even seen people doing yoga on the grass or families picnicking in the shade, especially on Friday afternoons when the whole area gets a bit slower.
If sports are your thing, you have tennis courts, a basketball court, and a pool close by. People actually use them too so you will probably meet neighbors or even make a friend just by joining a game. You do not have to drive for groceries or basics, since the little supermarket is always only a short walk from the building. It just makes daily life a little more relaxed. And if you need to get out, you are close to everywhere. Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, the airports, none of it is far.
Security is always around but it never feels too much. I have walked here in the evenings and felt safe. It is a spot where you almost forget your phone and just live in the moment.
So yes this is a two bedroom apartment for sale in Al Thamam, Remraam with lovely park views right in Dubailand. The only way to tell if it actually feels right is to come take a look for yourself.
