One-Bed in Naya District One

When I walked into this one bedroom apartment at Naya District One, right in the heart of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, it had one of those feelings you do not forget quickly. I stood there for a bit, just looking at the Crystal Lagoon and the skyline behind it and honestly, even though I have seen a lot of places in Dubai, this view just pulls you in. It is a gated community, so you never really worry about safety, and you get a really nice mix of quiet private spaces and areas where you can meet neighbours if you want. The fitness centre is right downstairs, and honestly, people use it. I have seen a few determined regulars around sunrise. Even if you are just dipping your toes in the infinity pool and not swimming laps, you will feel like you are on a little staycation.

Living in Mohammed Bin Rashid City means you are never far from things. Cafes are close and some of the best shopping in Dubai is minutes away if you want a change of scenery.
