Some homes just have a certain energy as soon as you walk through the door. This three bedroom apartment at Sirdhana in Mina Rashid is one of those. I was there in the late morning, and honestly you just get this open breezy feeling right away. The big living room just pulls you in. You look out over the balcony and notice boats over the water and there is a bit of sunlight that feels different compared to other places in Dubai. There is something about being next to the water that just slows everything down.

So, this apartment is set up with a totally open plan space and you will see it when you come in. The living area and kitchen are right together it is the kind of kitchen that is actually set up for cooking proper meals, not just looking pretty. You could put a real bench in the middle. There is a nice bit of built in storage tucked by the fridge which you will use more than you think. And the best thing is you have two different balconies. One works really well for having your first coffee of the day and the other almost begs for an evening thing maybe some friends over or just relaxing after work watching clouds roll by and the marina lights come on.

Bedrooms here are honestly big enough that you do not feel boxed in. The master bedroom is set up like a little sanctuary. There is a walk in closet area big enough for two people who do not love sharing and the en suite bathroom just makes mornings less fussy. The two other bedrooms each have built in wardrobes and nice window spots where you could read or just look over the water. You will see that if you have kids or even guests they will not feel like they have the “spare” room. Everyone gets something special. The guest bathrooms are finished well. There is a proper powder room near the entry so you do not have to worry where people are going if you are hosting. There is also a laundry room and even a storage room which is honestly rare in most new Dubai apartments. I kept looking for things that were missing and really did not find much.

Where it gets even better is outside your door. Sirdhana is part of the Mina Rashid area and you will probably hear about the canal pool which is not just for show. You really see people using it in the evenings. The podium level has little boutique shops and a couple of cafes that actually open early and locals use them so you just walk down and feel like a part of things. There is a pretty solid gym which makes it easy to get in some training before or after work. Just outside, you will see a new park where families hang out in the late afternoons and sometimes you spot people walking dogs which always makes the place feel more relaxed. The private marina feels almost unreal at night with all the little colored lights on the boats.

Then you have the bigger Mina Rashid story. It is actually one of the few places in Dubai where you have a true waterfront lifestyle with space to walk and real community. There are art galleries opening up, a theatre space under construction, and the new Dubai Mall by the Sea is a short walk away. You will have access to a private beach that is never crowded which feels strange in a good way and waterfront promenades for morning or evening strolls. There is always a coffee place close by always somewhere to meet a friend or just have some time to yourself.

I like that the apartment is flexible. It can feel like a quiet retreat or a space for gatherings depending on your mood and who is there. You forget about “traffic” and just start picturing different ways to use every part of the apartment. Sometimes you almost forget your phone is even in your pocket.
