There is a certain hush by the water at Mina Rashid and honestly you start to feel it the moment you come into Seashore. This one bedroom apartment in Tower 1 sat just above the promenade really made me slow down and just breathe for a bit. I leaned out over the little balcony here and you can just hear the city hum in the distance while the water stays still and calm. The balcony is tucked into the corner so you actually get a nearly wraparound feel and what is really nice is that you can slip out there from any main room. There are places outside just to relax on your own or even watch the sunset over the water which never really gets old. Sometimes in the evening you catch local kids cycling on the paths or neighbors stopping to talk by the promenade.

With this Mina Rashid location you are close to that yacht marina and the floating yacht club which feels a bit like a secret most of the city has not really found yet. Dubai Mall by the Sea is also close by so on lazy days you can wander over for coffee or shopping and still be home in time for sunset. Even little things like groceries or a favorite bakery are easy here you just step out and stroll a minute or two. Everything feels close but never crowded.
