Coffee shops are within easy reach, you have salons and pharmacies around the corner, and the supermarket is open all hours if you need milk or a midnight snack. If you have a sweet tooth, the patisserie downstairs is worth a stop now and then. The Marina Mall is not far at all—it is a relaxed scenic stroll on days when you want to get out and stretch your legs and you get the sea breeze following you most of the way.

What stands out for me is just how seamless everything feels here. Spaces flow into each other, little things like built in storage just make life easier and, honestly, even on busy days there is a sense of calm here. You will probably forget your phone for a bit too.
