Some places sort of make you slow down even just for a minute. This two bedroom apartment at Park Point in Dubai Hills Estate gave me that feeling. I walked in and something about it just felt simple and open and honestly a bit peaceful. Sunlight spills everywhere. You see these huge windows that let you look out over all the green and you just want to stand there for a while. To me it feels less like a regular Dubai apartment and more like something just a bit removed from the busy city life.
Dubai Hills Estate itself is big and open too. Eleven million square meters is not something you see every day. It is not only about the size though. Here you are in this special pocket inside MBR City where you find parks wrapped around the buildings and walkways that go for ages. You could wake up and just take your coffee out for a walk through gardens if you want. I have seen folks jogging in the mornings. Sometimes small groups chatting by the playground with their kids or you might bump into neighbors who know your name. There is a really easy vibe around Park Point that feels good if you like a neighborhood sort of place.
Now the apartment has two bedrooms that are actually big enough to be comfortable. You will notice thoughtful built in wardrobes so closets never feel like a squeeze. The bathrooms are spotless and modern and one of them has a vanity that makes getting ready every day feel kind of nice. I always check the kitchen when I see a new place and honestly this one would work if you like to cook for real. It is open enough to talk with friends while you chop or just look out to those views if you are making tea. The living space gets washed in sunlight because of those tall windows. Sometimes you almost want to take off your shoes and just sink into the couch for a while.
It is the little touches that stick with me. The neutral colors inside make everything feel bigger and cleaner. Even walking from room to room feels quiet. You are never far from the outside either. There are parks just a few seconds away where you can hear birds in the trees. Sometimes you see kids riding bikes in the afternoon or folks setting up picnics. It just feels easy to step out and do something active here.
One of the things people ask about most is what you get in Dubai Hills Estate. And Park Point brings more than you might guess. There are proper jogging tracks and cycling tracks and you can slip onto a nature trail almost without thinking. There is a pool that is close enough that you will actually go for a swim sometimes instead of just thinking about it. There are lots of cafes too. Some of them do really nice breakfasts. I have stopped by them myself and people are friendly. Plus you have salons and restaurants and even a health club if you are into that sort of thing. Everything sort of comes together here to keep life simple.
Schools and places to shop are all easy to get to. Even the healthcare facilities are right in the area. You do not need to plan much ahead. The mall is nearby but it never feels noisy. City life is really close but when you are here you might forget how near it all is.
If you are thinking about living at Dubai Hills Estate or maybe investing in a place that has a lifestyle built in Park Point is worth seeing. Some apartments are all about the look but this one just feels right to live in. Sometimes it is the feeling of home that makes the difference and honestly that is what I found here.
The only way to know if this place feels right for you is to come and walk through it. You can tell when it clicks.
