Some homes really have that relaxed beachy feeling as soon as you open the door. This two bedroom apartment at Shorefront Residences inside Emaar Beachfront is one of those. The first time I walked through, I caught myself stopping just to stare out at the water. Everything feels calm but you are still right in Dubai Harbour, which is quite something if you ever imagined living steps from private sand and feeling that sea breeze most days.
You get this subtle Miami vibe in the finishes and colours. The kitchen actually feels like a spot where you would throw together a proper meal yourself or maybe just make coffee and watch the light come in through those big windows. The living room is one of those spaces where the views kind of become part of your everyday. You might end up dragging your chair onto the balcony just to listen to the quiet during weekday mornings. Sometimes the city feels far even though it really isn't. The bedrooms have that same laid back thing going on. Both have en suite bathrooms so morning routines are easier and if you ever work from home the second bedroom makes a surprisingly nice home office too.
This spot is on the podium level which makes everything simple. You do not need to wait for elevators to get out for a swim or take a walk along the private beach. It actually runs for about one and a half kilometers and it feels really private for Dubai. You will spot families out during the late afternoons just walking or sitting and sometimes you see folks heading out to the marina with bags of snacks like they are off on a mini holiday. The outdoor pool is pretty inviting any time of day and you have proper garden rooms if you feel like reading or just sitting and catching up with a friend. The fitness centre is modern and not too crowded in the early hours. Sometimes you find yourself staying longer just because it is a good place to take your mind off things.
I honestly like how the amenities feel real and not forced. You have got splash pads for the little ones and kids actually use them after school. Even grownups seem to hang around a bit after their morning swim. Downstairs the retail plaza tends to draw people from both the tower and the neighbouring ones so if you run out of eggs or want coffee you never have to go far. It is one of those rare places where you can live in your swim shorts half the week if you want and still be ten minutes from a new mall and the city marina. Friends tend to show up more because everyone wants to see what the fuss is about living on Emaar Beachfront.
The furniture is not included so you have a blank canvas which is sometimes better. The apartment itself is generous in size just about one thousand one hundred and twenty square feet if you want exact numbers which means you do not get that squeezed city feel. Parking is simple and security is good without being in your face. Some evenings you will just hear the sound of kids biking around the blocks or folks laughing near the pool.
Day to day it just works. No over thinking. Grocery trips are five minutes away. Getting to Sheikh Zayed Road or Dubai Marina is quick and easy. The view always surprises you a little every morning.
This apartment is for sale and it is empty now. You can move in as fast as you want or just take your time making it your own. The thing is you need to stand here by the glass and feel what it is like yourself. So just reach out if you want to see it. At LuxuryProperty.com we are always happy to take a walk with you and answer your questions. No pressure. Just come see if this could be the one for you.
