Some places just have that feeling the minute you walk in. This two bedroom apartment in Grand Bleu Tower at Emaar Beachfront does that for me every time. Twenty second floor means you are honestly above so much of the daily noise and stress. I stood near the window for a while, just watching how the city gives way to that blue Marina, and you get this calm you do not always expect in Dubai Harbour. From up here you actually get views right out over the Marina and even the community park so you are always looking at something special. Sometimes you can spot people walking their dogs down there or kids running around in the park after school. Every room here gives you something to look at. That is not me exaggerating. The floor plan kind of wraps around the best part of the tower so you keep catching different light and angles throughout the day.
You can tell the design here takes itself seriously but not in a cold way. Honestly you will know right away Elie Saab designed this place. There are details you do not see in most Dubai apartments. I am not just talking about spotless finishes. There is a softness in the space. The living area sort of drifts into the open plan kitchen and you will actually want to cook here. There is space to move, an island for breakfast or late night coffee. All the fittings are done so you do not have to worry about putting in anything extra. This kitchen feels real and not just a show piece. I could see someone actually coming home from work and putting on music while sorting dinner here.
The master bedroom takes up a real chunk of the apartment and it is the sort of bedroom you stop in before leaving for work and just take a minute. There is a walk in wardrobe that makes organising pretty easy and the en suite bath is one of those hotel style setups with enough space so it never feels packed. I noticed when I was standing in there you still get that Marina view so even taking your time in the morning is not wasted.
You will also notice the choice of color schemes. Some units are lighter and bright and some keep that cooler sophisticated tone. Both work. It just depends how you want to fill the space with your own stuff. I walked through both once and could not really pick a favorite because they both just feel calm.
The best thing about Grand Bleu Tower honestly is how the building treats you. The amenities are more than just boxes on a brochure. There is an outdoor pool deck that looks right over the Palm and on a weekend you will see people stretched out reading or just hanging out after a swim. Fitness centre is full of windows so it never feels stuffy, and it is open early if you are into sunrise workouts. Downstairs you have a shopping plaza, a handful of cafes and a coffee shop that is always busy with locals. Sometimes you run into the same faces and everyone nods or smiles. It feels lived in already even though the community is pretty new.
Emaar Beachfront is always lively but not in an overwhelming way. Most days it feels like your own little piece of Dubai. Private stretch of beach means no crowds bothering you and if you like sunsets, you get some of the best from this side of the city. Plus you are surrounded by five star resorts so brunch or dinner is never far if you want a treat. The Dubai Harbour vibe is just a bit slower and friendlier than the rest of the city.
Whether you want a home to come back to every day or an investment that will never feel boring, this apartment does the trick. And honestly, paper and photos can only do so much. If you are thinking about beach living in Dubai or just want to wander through sometime, reach out whenever. No pressure. We just want you to feel as comfortable as possible finding your next place.
