Some apartments just have an energy about them. This three bedroom place in Address Harbour Point, Dubai Creek Harbour gave me that feeling right away. You get up pretty high here and honestly the view just stops you for a second. I leaned on the railing of the balcony for a while and you can see the new tower they are building — it will be the tallest in the world someday. There is water all around too so sometimes you catch a bit of breeze that is actually nice for Dubai.
Inside, the apartment is around one thousand four hundred square feet so really, space never feels tight. The living area opens straight onto the balcony and you are looking out at the creek almost all the time. It is not just city views — there are little boats gliding around and you can see people walking along the paths. When I was there I watched two kids race their scooters right below. Feels alive in a calm sort of way.
The kitchen here is one of those that looks almost too sleek to use but you will want to try it out. Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense so you can cook a proper dinner without bumping elbows all the time. Also, if you do not feel like cooking there is a restaurant inside the tower and a coffee shop under the next building so you are taken care of. Even the fridge had a little bottle of cold water waiting for me during the viewing. It is these small things that tell you the Address team keeps everything running smooth.
All three bedrooms have their own kind of view. The main suite has windows that wrap slightly so you get more daylight than you expect. There are soft carpets under your feet which feels pretty good first thing in the morning. I sat down on the edge of the bed for a minute and you could hear just the dampened sound of the fountain from outside. The bathrooms are finished with those stone surfaces so they always feel cool. You have a bathtub if you want to unwind, plus a walk in shower if you are in a hurry which is nice when life is busy.
A thing to mention — this apartment is part of the serviced spaces at Address Harbour Point. What that means is you get housekeeping, there is a concierge downstairs, and when you need something there is always someone to help. You even have the option to add this home to the hotel pool and let the Address team manage it for you and that takes a lot of the hassle out of owning in Dubai. Local shops are close enough that you can just stroll down and pick up groceries or meet friends for breakfast along the promenade.
Being up on one of the higher floors gives everything that peaceful detached feeling which I really like. Traffic noise is just not a thing. But when you step down and out you are right at the tip of Dubai Creek Harbour so there is always something happening on the weekends, from art events to pop up food stands. Families bring their kids out and you see people jogging by the water in the evenings when the air cools off a little.
Honestly, it is hard to describe all the details until you are in the space yourself. On paper it is a serviced three bedroom in Address Harbour Point with waterfront views and access to amenities, but when you walk in and stand by the window you get that feeling of wanting to stay a bit longer. That is rare even in Dubai.
