There is something about arriving at The Address Residence Fountain Views that just makes you slow down. I remember stepping out of the lift and catching that first sight of the Burj Khalifa kind of hanging over everything and feeling the buzz of Downtown Dubai far below but somehow it felt quiet up here. This particular three bedroom apartment really feels like somewhere you live and not just pass through for a weekend. You can picture everyday life here pretty easily.
The space is big enough that you will not ever feel boxed in. When I walked through the main living area I found myself kind of drifting to the windows a lot. You know how some places try to hide the view or crowd the rooms so you forget where you are? Definitely not the case here. You get these wide open looks right over the Dubai fountains and the city skyline with the Burj always in the background. It is something you will probably never get tired of. Sometimes I think you would just sit with a cup of coffee in the morning and spot the sunlight moving up the tower. It feels peaceful, which is not always easy to find in Downtown.
The kitchen is not tucked away or forgotten either. It actually feels like a spot where you would want to cook rather than just reheat takeout. The appliances are all integrated so nothing sticks out awkwardly and the counters have tons of space. I imagine finding some local groceries at the marts just nearby and not feeling rushed when you are putting something together for the family. Speaking of family, all three bedrooms come with built in closets so storage will not be an issue. Each one has its own bathroom too, and honestly everything about them looks and feels like it is made to last, never overdone or fussy.
You will notice the light is different up here. The higher floor means you catch more of the sky and in the evenings you get to watch the city lights flicker on from above. There is also a separate maid's room if you need some extra help around the house or just want a bit of extra space for your own things. The whole building kind of makes life easier, actually. Residents get access to swimming pools plus gym facilities and other comforts that make you feel like you are on a little holiday even during the week.
The location of this apartment is hard to put into words without just saying it makes everything convenient. You can walk over to Dubai Mall in almost no time. I have actually seen people stroll there in the early mornings with a coffee, before it all gets busy. The metro is close by too so those days you do not feel like driving or just want to head over to a new part of town, you can just hop on and go. If you have kids, you sometimes see them biking around or picking up snacks from the marts by the entrance. It just has this energy that feels full but never overwhelming.
Unfurnished means you really get to put your own look and feel on the space. Some people love that blank canvas feeling and you can definitely see how your own favorite things would fit in here. At over 2200 square feet, it is not cramped at all and you will always have room for friends to visit or family to stay over.
If you are hoping for a place with real views in Downtown Dubai, plus that rare sense of quiet when you come home, you will want to take a closer look at this three bedroom at The Address Fountain Views. And honestly, there really is no way to know if a place fits you until you walk around in it for yourself. If you have thoughts or want to see whether it just clicks, just let me know.
