I watched people heading out for groceries or coffee runs in the mornings, and come evening you sometimes see families heading down together toward the park.

The building itself is honestly friendly and well maintained. The lobby feels colorful without being too much and people say hello. There is a swimming pool that is great for a few laps if you want to start the day right. Kids have their own wading pool and play area, so you hear laughter sometimes in the afternoons. There is also a proper gym, squash and badminton courts if that is your thing, even a golf simulator tucked away, so there is always something to do. Your car has its spot too and parking is easy.
