I have noticed the lounge gets used a lot for a quick coffee or quiet work time, and there is even a squash court when you feel like doing something more active.

Living at Boulevard Point means you are right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, probably one of the most lively places in the city but with a little extra comfort. Souk Al Bahar is just nearby and I have spent evenings wandering around there, coffee in hand, watching families and friends spill out onto the walkways. Shops stay open late and you will keep finding new corners, new bakeries, and even the odd art show. On weekends, the opera is a short stroll and sometimes the walk is almost as nice as the show itself.

If you work in Emaar Square or at Boulevard Plaza, you can actually walk to work. That might not sound exciting, but trust me, not having to drive in the morning in Dubai makes life feel a lot easier.
