Incredible property in the Iconic Bluewaters

Sometimes you walk into a place and honestly just want to pause for a second. That is how it felt when I stepped into this two bedroom apartment on Bluewaters Island. Everything was soft and full of light and for those first few moments I just looked out at the sea. You are really right by the water here with that kind of blue that is hard to describe until you see it for yourself. I think it is partly the floor to ceiling windows that do it. Sun floods in during the day and even late afternoon, you will still catch the last gold light on the balcony. If you are someone who likes having breakfast or just a coffee outside, the balcony is spacious. If you are up early, you can watch the sky change and see boats in the distance. Sometimes you will even hear a bit of laughter from below but it never really gets noisy.

This apartment in Bluewaters Residences is about 1,600 square feet which, if you have lived in Dubai for a while, you will know means space to really stretch out. You get a proper open living area and honestly the kitchen feels like somewhere you would want to cook a decent meal. It is all open plan but the layout keeps things feeling relaxed and connected so you are never running into things or feeling boxed in. I found myself just drifting from the kitchen to the living room without any sense of being in cramped apartment space.

Two full bedrooms here, both with their own bathrooms so everyone has privacy. You will notice the closets are not just for show. There is space for more than just a suitcase and a few shirts and it is the sort of room you could see yourself actually staying in. The bathrooms do not go over the top with anything fancy but sometimes that makes the shower after work or the quick wash in the morning feel even easier. There is also a guest bathroom which just feels right for visitors or if you are having friends round for dinner.

One thing I liked was the study room. Not a makeshift desk in a hallway but a real little corner you can close the door on and get things done. People talk about working from home I guess but here you can actually see it happening. There is also a utility room tucked away so all the extra things like laundry are easily dealt with.

Bluewaters itself is one of those communities where you feel like you are living in a resort but you get to be home every night. You have so many things nearby here. Ain Dubai is so close you can just walk out and look up. It is kind of amazing seeing people take photos of something you just see every day. The restaurants nearby cover everything from quiet coffee to proper dinners. Sometimes you will even smell bread baking from one of the bakeries in the morning. And if you feel like something a bit livelier Caesars Bluewaters Resort is only a stroll away for some of the city's best dining and beach clubs. Even the walkways have a bit of life to them. I have seen kids skating and sometimes people jogging just before sunset but it never feels crowded.

Living on Bluewaters Island feels removed from the everyday rush of Dubai but you are still ten minutes from all the big malls and offices. The roads in are easy now and you can just get a cab if you do not want to drive. Honestly it just feels easy living here. Sometimes you almost forget your phone because you are just watching the water or the city lights in the evening.
