Plus, you see as many people biking as you do driving, which makes it feel like a real neighborhood and not just a place to stay.

You get all the Dubai Marina excitement close enough when you want it. The rest of the time, it is just you and the water and the view that never gets old. I guess you could call it luxury living, but honestly, it just feels like a very good place to breathe out.
