Some places just have that feeling where you stop at the door and think, I could actually picture myself living here. This two bedroom apartment at Bluewaters Residences is one of those. I stood by the living room window for a moment and honestly the light was too good to ignore. Late morning sun coming in, water views outside, that huge wheel right out there almost close enough to touch. Even with your eyes closed, you can tell you are somewhere pretty special.
Walking in, the first thing you'll probably notice is how open everything feels. No tight corners. The living space and kitchen sort of spill together and it makes the whole place feel bigger than you think. And the way they have set it up with all these big windows, you catch bits of Dubai everywhere you look. There is even a view of that big Ain Dubai wheel and you are close enough to spot the colors at night. Sometimes if you are quiet, you catch the sound of boats in the Gulf which is kind of nice when you just want to relax.
The kitchen is not one of those places you only use for coffee. It is clean and modern and has this inviting layout. You can imagine setting out a few late night snacks or actually cooking a meal and talking to whoever is hanging out in the living room. Most kitchens I see feel like they belong in a showroom, but this just feels easy, like you might bake something on a Sunday. And if you do, the oven probably has not seen a frozen pizza in months.
The bedrooms have a simple comfort to them. The master overlooks the water which makes mornings a bit more bearable. It has storage, plenty of space to move around, and that same feeling of calm that runs through the whole apartment. Honestly, you might sleep with the curtains open once or twice just for the view. And both bedrooms give a bit of privacy, so if you are sharing or just need a home office, it works.
Bathrooms are done up in that minimalist style, nothing too flashy or cold, just the right amount of calm. Showers that feel like they belong in a nice hotel but still enough hooks for your towels. You will probably find yourself leaving the door open just to get more of that light coming through in the afternoons.
One of the hidden perks here is the sense of quiet, which you do not always get living this close to the city. Bluewaters is its own little world. Downstairs, you have a gym that is better equipped than most. There are a couple of pools with that faint chlorine scent that brings back childhood summers and lots of places to just sit with a book and do nothing for a while. You can walk to coffee shops when you feel social or just stroll to the edge of the island and watch the skyline turn pink at sunset.
Getting to and from Bluewaters Residences is a breeze. There is that fancy bridge connection straight onto Sheikh Zayed Road, and you would be at Dubai Marina or JBR before you know it. There is always a cab nearby and even if you are the only one up at sunrise, you will never feel far from anything. Plus, you see as many people biking as you do driving, which makes it feel like a real neighborhood and not just a place to stay.
You get all the Dubai Marina excitement close enough when you want it. The rest of the time, it is just you and the water and the view that never gets old. I guess you could call it luxury living, but honestly, it just feels like a very good place to breathe out.
The only way to really know is to come by, have a look out those windows, and see if it feels right for you. If you want to ask about something or just get a feel for the place at a different time of day, reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make your next move a little easier.
