Some places just feel easy the second you come in. This one bedroom apartment in Seventh Heaven at Al Barari kind of has that calm right away. Maybe it's the way the light comes in from all the floor to ceiling windows or how everything just feels open and green here. I remember walking inside and actually pausing for a minute just to look at the view outside because you do get a proper green community view here. It almost does not look or feel like Dubai at all. People always talk about Al Barari being this lush pocket and you get it when you see it for yourself.
The living room feels both big and homey which is pretty rare in most Dubai apartments. When you open up the doors to the terrace you catch a bit of a breeze and sometimes you can actually hear the birds from outside especially in the morning. The terrace itself is bigger than most. It almost feels like another living space. You could honestly set up a spot for coffee out there and still have enough space for friends to hang out. Or I know a few people who keep some big planters with herbs and little lemon trees. The whole space connects back to nature so it just feels right.
The kitchen is open plan and it is the type of kitchen where you could actually cook something now and then not just heat whatever you picked up at Waitrose on the way home. Everything is kitted out with good appliances and finished with that clean modern look. You will probably notice there are no odd corners or clunky cabinets. It fits just right and if you like to have people over for dinner it makes life kind of simple. I like that you can keep chatting and moving between the living area and kitchen without bumping into things.
For the bedroom it is en suite obviously and you get built in closets so storage is not something you need to worry about. It is a room that actually feels private at the end of the day. Some apartments have bedrooms that somehow feel more like a hotel room but this one feels more settled in. Maybe because of the way it is shaped or just all the light you get. At night you see some of the city in the distance but mostly you are looking out at green. It does stay pretty quiet up here most of the time. You can kind of zone out and not worry about the city noise.
The finishes are all top notch and honestly you feel that the moment you run your hand over the counters or touch the closet doors. The apartment comes unfurnished too so you get to put your own spin on it from the start. You can choose if you want it full on cozy or super modern or somewhere in the middle. Another bit I liked is that the building itself is set up with everything right here. Downstairs you have a mix of 55 shops and a bunch of dining spots. Coffee shop is never far and even if you feel like grabbing groceries in your slippers you kind of can. I have seen families push strollers in the shade here more than once and sometimes you see folks heading off for yoga early mornings right on the grounds.
Community matters a lot in Al Barari so you do see neighbors give a wave or stop to chat sometimes if that is your thing. If you need to pop out for anything the main city is only a short drive so you get the best of both quiet and access here. For anyone who just wants a real spot to wind down after work without feeling boxed in by concrete this place just works.
The truth is no amount of words will ever really show how it feels to be in this apartment. If you want to see it for yourself or have a question just reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com the main thing is making your next move feel natural and easy. Come by and get a feel for it. It usually only takes a minute or two to know if it's right.
