Some places just have that way of making you want to hang back for a minute as soon as you walk through the door. Honestly this fully upgraded two bedroom apartment in The Fairways at The Views felt like that for me. It was early afternoon when I visited and the light was pouring through these really big windows, hitting the living room in a way that makes you want to just sit and stay for a while.
You can tell straight off this apartment has been carefully looked after. The last owner actually lived here so you see those small extra touches everywhere and it is not just for show. The kitchen is semi open which is something I always like because it means you can cook and still keep up with everything going on in the living room or chat to your friends if they have come over. And the layout just works. The dining and living areas come together in this easy open flow that feels great for having people around or just stretching out at the end of the day with your laptop or a good book.
Now when I say upgraded I do mean it. The fittings feel solid and modern and nothing about this place looks tired or worn at all. There is a proper sense of space as well which can be kind of rare in Dubai apartments. Both bedrooms are a really good size and those high windows mean you get the daylight drifting in all morning. You will notice it first thing when you wake up and honestly having that brightness just changes your mood a bit. The bathrooms are nicely done too with clean lines and no fuss so getting ready never feels cramped.
But the view is what sells it for me. From the living room and even the master bedroom you look right out on the Emirates Golf Course. You get this sweep of green with the Dubai skyline in the background. I actually stood by the window for a minute and spotted a few players out there. It makes everything feel more open and just gives you a break from the city clutter. At night you see the city lights on the horizon and it is pretty peaceful up here.
The Fairways in The Views is known for feeling private but still really convenient. You have got the Mall of the Emirates not far away and there is a big choice of little cafes and places to eat right nearby. The metro stations are close which means if you need to get to work in Internet City or anywhere off Sheikh Zayed Road you are never more than a short drive or even a walk away if it is not too hot. Plus the Saudi German Hospital is also close by and Regent International School is nearby if you need a good school. On weekends sometimes you see families or folks out for a stroll and you will notice how quiet the whole area feels compared to big parts of Dubai. When you want a proper change of scene the Marina and JBR are not far either so you can spend an afternoon at the beach or stop by the mall. Dubai Marina has some great restaurants by the water if you are meeting friends or just want some time out alone.
This apartment is unfurnished so you can set it up exactly the way you want. Maybe you have got your own style or just want a place that feels properly yours. With twelve hundred and eighty nine square feet you are definitely not squashed for space. Plus there is secure parking so your car is sorted and the building has its own amenities for residents.
Honestly it just feels easy living here. Walks around the lake in the evening. Knowing the shops are always close. Some days you almost forget your phone and just watch the sky outside.
Best way to decide if the feel is right is to come see it for yourself. If you are looking for a low stress move and a home that actually works for day to day life in Dubai reach out whenever you like. At LuxuryProperty.com we are always happy to help you feel at home in your next place.
