Sometimes you walk into a place and it just feels like an easy kind of living. I got that in this one bedroom apartment up on a higher floor in Wilton Terraces at Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The light really hits you in all the right ways when you step inside. I even just lingered by the windows for a bit the first time I saw it, looking out across the community towards Dubai Creek. It honestly pulls you in. It is high up enough to feel peaceful but you still see enough life outside that you never really feel cut off.

I saw some people just sipping coffee quietly in the lobby area and it gave the place this peaceful neighborhood feeling. You get access to a really good gym. I peeked in and people were actually making use of the equipment which is always better than a gym that just sits empty. The pool is just outside as well. There is a main pool and one for kids so if you have family or sometimes get visits you are fully covered. Out near the garden areas and play area I actually saw some kids biking around in the evening which made it feel like a real community space not just a tower block. The BBQ spaces are a nice touch too if you want to cook outside on a Friday or just have some friends gather.

There is a library tucked in as well. It is quiet and the kind of spot you could probably sit down for a bit with your laptop or a book when you want to get away from your flat but do not really want to leave home. Mohammed Bin Rashid City is starting to grow fast and some people say it might become the new heart of Dubai. From here you can get anywhere. Downtown Dubai is just a drive away. Dubai Hills Estate and District One are both close by. If you travel a lot the airport is not far either. That central location is something you feel once you start living here because there is less hassle going anywhere.
