When you first get through the front door you do not have to bump into a bunch of things to get inside. It is all open with the living area flowing into the kitchen so even if you are just bringing home takeout or rushing to get kids ready for the day it actually feels easy to move about. The kitchen is semi open honestly I could see myself actually cooking something decent here instead of just re heating leftovers. There is a spot for laundry off to the side and a handy guest bathroom that does not get in the way either.

Step out onto the main balcony and you realize just how much space you are getting for eating outside or just watching the city start to quiet down at night. The views are wide and clear. Even just standing out there for a few minutes I saw people heading to the Carrefour below and a couple of kids biking up the street which made it feel more like a real neighborhood than just another tower. The breeze is pretty great too I have to say.

The two bedrooms feel private enough that you can really shut the door and zone out if you need to. The master bedroom is definitely bigger and honestly you could fit a real bed and maybe even a little reading chair if that is your thing. Both bedrooms come with their own bathrooms so no fighting over shower time before work. The hallway back there has a laundry nook which actually makes chores less of a pain. The building itself is pretty friendly and not too busy. There is an outdoor pool that is big enough for real laps or just letting the kids wear themselves out while you relax. They have also made sure to keep the little ones happy with a water play area that I have seen light up with laughter more than once.

Jumeirah Village Circle has that real community feel to it. Supermarkets and coffee shops are not far so you can pop down for fresh bread in the morning or pick up dinner ingredients without planning your whole day around it. There are clinics nearby and honestly the traffic in and out of JVC is not as crazy as some other places which makes life a little easier. A few great schools are just a short drive away so if you have kids that is another box checked off.
