Some places just make you want to sit down and stay a while and for me this two bedroom apartment in Mulberry at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate does exactly that. You get this open feeling right from the moment you walk in the lobby and honestly it only gets better by the time you open the door to the apartment. Sunlight really pours through the big windows in every room. It's the kind of light that wakes you up in the morning but not in a harsh way. One of my favorite spots is standing by the living room window because you see right over the pool and the green parks below and there's often a breeze you just want to stop and listen to for a bit.
The main living and dining space has that open plan layout that just makes life easier. Nothing feels blocked off so you're not missing out on anything if you're in the kitchen or someone's on the sofa talking about their day. Speaking of the kitchen it is a semi closed style so you really can cook for real here. There's lots of counter space for more than takeaway and actually making a proper meal starts to sound more appealing. Sometimes you might even want to have friends over or just put on some music and cook with the windows open. The air feels fresher up here somehow.
Both bedrooms are generous in size and not dark or tight at all. You'll notice the light follows you in there too no matter the time of day. Wake up with views of the greenery outside and start to feel like the park is almost part of your own backyard. For anyone who likes a little privacy there's enough space in each bedroom to set up a reading spot or even a work desk by the window. If you pause for a moment and look around it just seems very calm. The bathrooms have a simple clean feel to them that makes getting ready in the mornings feel less hectic.
Now the actual community is something else. Dubai Hills Estate has this way of feeling tucked away and peaceful without being out of the way. You are just about fifteen minutes by car from Downtown Dubai if you need to get into the action or Dubai Marina if you want some sea air. Mall of the Emirates is even closer. The best thing is you never really feel stuck in traffic because the access roads like Al Khail and Umm Suqeim save you a lot of time. There is a coffee shop not far from the building and sometimes you see people jogging in the evenings or kids biking around which makes the area feel alive but not crowded at all.
Mulberry at Park Heights is looked after by Emaar so things seem very well maintained. The swimming pool always looks inviting and there are extra facilities for sports or just relaxing if you prefer. If you want a morning swim or an after work walk everything is right here. For families or young couples you should know there are really good schools nearby and King's College Hospital is just next door so there's a peace of mind in that too. Plus the Dubai Hills Estate Mall is under construction and once it's finished shopping and dining will be even easier and literally at your doorstep.
What I like most though has to be the way the whole apartment feels connected to the outdoors. Even from inside you can feel a sense of space and nature you do not always get in Dubai apartments. Sometimes you almost forget your phone because you are too busy just enjoying the calm.
The only way to really know if it suits you though is to come and see it for yourself. If you have any questions or just want to walk through the place to get a better feel reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we always try to make your next move feel as comfortable as possible.
