The Burj Khalifa also has the world's highest observatory. Sometimes when friends visit you just take them up there and suddenly you are above the clouds. You can see how life goes on below. I have seen people doing yoga up there at sunrise and it seems unreal but it is just a normal day here.

The location means that the Dubai Mall is always nearby. You can just stroll out or grab a quick taxi to wherever you need to go. Everyday errands do not feel like a mission. Even just walking down the Burj Boulevard you will notice all these little coffee shops and families out in the evening. Sometimes you spot kids biking or people just sitting by the fountains.
