Every now and then you walk into a place and you just get this feeling that somebody has really cared for the way a home comes together. This five bedroom villa in Flora at Damac Hills is a bit like that. The first time I stepped inside, I almost forgot what I was supposed to do. Sunlight comes in and bounces around the living space and you can see the garden through those big windows. Sometimes you just want to stop there for a moment and take in how quiet it can be even though you are right in the heart of so much going on. It is honestly a place that feels warm and lively all at once.
The villa itself brings together comfort and practicality in a way that just seems easy. You have a living and dining area that could easily fit everyone on movie nights or when friends come over for dinner. It does not feel formal or stuffy at all. The kitchen here is actually usable which you do not always get in newer homes. You will notice the counter space is enough for proper family dinners not just takeout and there are all the appliances you would hope for. It does not pretend to be a show kitchen – it is really set up for people who like to cook or at least want to look like they do. There is also a maid's room tucked away so that if you need the extra help or even just a bit of storage you are sorted.
All the bedrooms are laid out so that everyone gets their own bit of privacy. Five in total. Each with built in closets so you do not have to argue about wardrobe space. And en suite bathrooms for everybody which is just so handy in the morning rush. You get lovely light in each room and the finish feels pretty low maintenance but still high quality. Honestly you wake up here and remember what a villa lifestyle is supposed to be about. The views from upstairs are worth mentioning too. Sometimes you stand by the window and catch that full city skyline. At sunset it is hard not to stare for a minute before you get back to your day.
Step outside and the garden sort of calls to you. There is space for outdoor seating where you can catch a breeze in the evening maybe have a meal with friends as the sun goes down. I have seen families sit out here and just chat while the kids play around. Sometimes you hear laughter from one of the neighbours' houses and it feels like everyone is on holiday. The plot size is really generous compared to some villas around here. So if you want to host a barbecue or plant a few trees you have space to do your thing and still not feel crowded.
One of the best things about living in Flora is all the green space that surrounds you. There are walking paths with palm trees shading the way and you will see joggers early in the morning or people out with their dogs as the day cools down. The community pools are close by so you can always take a quick dip after work. And if you are into golf you are basically living next to a world class course. The clubhouse is never too far and they do a good coffee if you are out early. Sometimes I just watch kids biking past in the afternoons or neighbours stopping to chat near the shops.
The lifestyle here is convenient as well as relaxing. Everything from grocery stores to great dining is inside Damac Hills. If you want to get to other parts of Dubai it is not far at all. But most days you almost do not want to leave because it feels peaceful and complete right here.
The only way to know if this five bedroom villa in Flora at Damac Hills is right for you is to come by and see it for yourself. If you want to pop by or just have a chat about what makes this place so special I am always here. At LuxuryProperty.com we really do want to help you feel at home wherever you end up next.
