Some places just have a feeling you notice as soon as you walk in. This one bedroom apartment in 29 Burj Boulevard, right smack in the heart of Downtown Dubai, sort of does that. It is on the mid-floor and actually just got a fresh touch up, so the first thing you'll see is how clean and bright everything feels. I caught myself standing near the windows thinking about how you could really unwind here at the end of a long busy day. The city outside almost feels a bit calmer from up here.
So you've got your master bedroom, which is really comfortable by the way. The en-suite makes mornings just that bit easier. There is enough space for proper furniture so it does not have to feel cramped. The living area is nice and open with light coming in from two sides. I think that always makes a place feel bigger. Sometimes you just stretch out on the sofa and forget your phone for a while. The kitchen is semi open plan so you can chat with friends or keep an eye on a movie playing in the next room while you're messing about with dinner. It is actually a kitchen you might want to use for cooking, not just reheating takeout or making coffee—though coffee is pretty convenient too, because the building has some local cafés right downstairs.
You will also notice that the entire apartment has just been repainted. It is one of those small details that make the whole space feel fresher. Even though the apartment is unfurnished, it kind of lets you imagine your own style here. Some people prefer to bring their own touch to a place and I totally get that. You've got a powder room for guests too, which seems like a small thing but when friends pop over you'll see how handy it is.
Now let's talk about the building because honestly 29 Burj Boulevard is just in one of those spots that everyone in Dubai knows. The Dubai Mall is just a walk away. I mean I've actually strolled there myself just to clear my head or grab something quick. The Burj Khalifa is almost close enough to reach out and touch. Sometimes I think people who live here probably get more used to those famous views than they should. If you are into the little things the building has a proper gym and a chilled swimming pool where you see people just unwinding after work. And the concierge is around all day and night so there is always help if you need something. Parking is yours as well which just takes some of that city life stress away.
There is something about the community around here that always feels energetic but not in-your-face. Sometimes you catch people walking dogs or families just heading out for ice cream after dinner. The neighborhood has that Downtown Dubai buzz but you still get these quiet mornings where you can sit with coffee and watch the city get started. I love that feeling. Plus traffic tends to flow easily around here so it never feels too hard to get a cab or zip out to Sheikh Zayed Road if you have a meeting or fancy a quick beach trip.
The apartment is available now and honestly it does not usually stay empty for long. The building is looked after pretty well so you don't really get that tired feeling in the corridors or the lifts and that is always a relief.
So that is the place. If you have questions or there is something you want to see for yourself just let me know.
