However, availability of stock has been a major issue in the community, which when coupled with high demand has resulted in property value seeing a significant increase, with average transaction prices rising by over 15%.
Interest in properties at the top end of the community’s offering has been especially high, with the market share for transactions in excess of AED 20 million seeing an increase of approximately 30%. This has largely been centred around custom-built mansions, with more potential buyers wanting to build their own bespoke home, tailored especially for their needs.
